I’m Mikayla, the designer behind Mikayla Nicole Design Co.
I work with health and wellness businesses that want their onboarding experience to feel as thoughtful and intentional as the services they provide, not scattered, improvised, or pieced together at the last minute.
My role is to bring clarity to the chaos, create materials that feel supportive rather than overwhelming, and design an onboarding process that makes every person who enters your business feel like they belong there.

Some questions you may have.
Do I need to have my branding finalized before working with you?
You'll need a basic brand kit including your logo, colors, and fonts, but it doesn't need to be perfect. If your branding is still in progress, that's completely okay. We can talk through the gaps and determine the best approach for your project.
What if I already have some onboarding materials?
That's actually ideal. I can work with what you have and refine what isn't working so you're not starting from scratch unless you need to.
How long does the process take?
Timelines vary depending on the scope of your project. The Team Experience and Client Experience typically take 4 to 6 weeks, while The Full Experience takes 6 to 8 weeks. Before we begin, I’ll walk you through a clear timeline so you know exactly what to expect at each stage.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I do. I believe investing in your onboarding experience should feel supportive, not stressful. We’ll walk through payment options together and choose a plan that feels comfortable before moving forward.
